Job Title: OCM & Adoption Lead (French Speaking) – Salesforce Mobile Solution

Role Summary
We are urgently seeking an experienced, bilingual Organisational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support the Development Phase of a new Mobile Solution linked to the Salesforce ecosystem.
The role requires a professional who combines advanced Salesforce knowledge with robust Adoption and Change capabilities. The primary focus is on the creation of high-quality training artefacts in French and the execution of a Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program to ensure field operators and users successfully adopt the new tool.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Material Development (French Language Focus)
- Design and develop a comprehensive library of training and adoption artifacts exclusively in French. This includes:
- Step-by-step User Guides and Quick Reference Cards (QRCs).
- Video tutorials and e-learning modules.
- Communication artifacts to support the adoption of the new Mobile solution.
- Take ownership of the training backlog, prioritizing content creation based on the development phase and release schedule.
- Translate technical release notes into user-friendly guides for field operators.
2. Training Delivery & Enablement
- Plan, organise, and deliver official Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions to up skill internal trainers and super-users.
- Manage the execution of tutorials and guide distribution to train operators and end-users.
- Provide dedicated support during the post-training Hypercare period to address immediate user challenges and refine training content based on real-time feedback.
3. Change Management & Salesforce Expertise
- Leverage advanced knowledge of the Salesforce platform to accurately scope training needs and ensure materials reflect actual user workflows.
- Drive the adoption strategy, focusing on readiness and minimising resistance during the deployment.
Candidate Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in French is mandatory. All training documentation and materials must be created in French. Professional working proficiency in English is also required.
- Technical Experience: Advanced knowledge of Salesforce is essential. Experience driving adoption for Mobile Applications linked to Salesforce is highly preferred.
- Professional Experience: 5+ years in Organisational Change Management (OCM), Learning & Development, or Digital Adoption.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in La Défense 3 days per week.
- Interview Process: Candidates must be available for a client-facing interview.
