Role description

This position represents an opportunity to join Masentó Search the Executive and Leadership division of our Group. You will be joining a high performing experienced team with the ambition to become a recognised leader in International search. We work on Director to C-level assignments for our clients in Europe and the US.

We are seeking an experienced Consultant/ Senior Consultant who has the maturity to operate autonomously with the guidance and support of a successful team. The ideal candidate will be intelligent and passionate about recruitment and the IT/ Tech industry, you must also be very customer focused and deliver quality candidates and excellent customer service.

Required experience:

• Previous recruitment experience at a senior level
• IT recruitment background
• Business development skills
• Account management
• Search and selection process capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well organised and thorough approach
• Self starter and able to work autonomously
• Ability to operate at a senior level and influence key stakeholders
• Passionate and Driven

The career progression for this individual can be one of several routes in Search or across the Group. You will join as a Consultant/ Senior Consultant and can progress to a leadership function or grow in a revenue generating role if preferred, we work with our team and build individual career plans.
