Manager, Data & AI - Germany

The Opportunity

We are supporting a leading global professional services organisation as they continue to expand their Data & AI practice. The firm works with some of the world’s most complex organisations across financial services, consumer, public sector, life sciences, energy and technology.

This role sits at Manager level and is intentionally broad, offering opportunities across data strategy, analytics, AI delivery, intelligent automation and advanced insights, depending on your background and interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end to end delivery of Data & AI initiatives, from problem definition through to implementation and value realisation
• Translate complex business challenges into data driven and AI enabled solutions
• Manage and coach multidisciplinary teams including data scientists, engineers, analysts and consultants
• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, supporting decision making with insights and analytics
• Contribute to the development of Data & AI offerings, methodologies and thought leadership
• Support business development activities including proposals, pitches and client workshops

Skills & Experience

• Experience delivering data, analytics or AI programmes within consulting or complex enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of one or more areas: data platforms, advanced analytics, machine learning, AI use cases, automation or AI strategy
• Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and nontechnical audiences
• Experience leading teams and managing project delivery
• Comfortable working across multiple sectors and problem statements
