Manager Business Transformation & Process Intelligence - Consulting - Germany

The Role
As a Manager, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end transformation programmes across the pharma, biotech, medtech, and chemical sectors.
You will work at the intersection of business transformation, process excellence, and data-driven decision making, helping clients optimise complex operations and realise measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver transformation initiatives across the value chain—from diagnostic and analysis through to implementation
- Apply process intelligence / process mining tools (Celonis, SAP Signavio) to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Drive operational excellence programmes across:
- Supply Chain Management
- End-to-End Process Optimisation
- Lean and continuous improvement
- Facilitate client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and executive presentations
- Support strategic decision-making and organisational change
- Contribute to business development and practice growth, including client relationship development
- Mentor and support the development of junior consultants
Candidate Profile
- 3–6+ years of experience in management consulting or a comparable transformation role
- Strong expertise in supply chain and end-to-end processes within industrial environments
- Ideally experience in regulated industries (pharma, life sciences, chemicals, medtech)
- Hands-on experience with process mining / process intelligence (Celonis, SAP Signavio strongly preferred)
- Proven track record in business transformation and operational improvement programmes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable at senior levels
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong client focus
- Fluent German and English
