Our client, a leading Big 4 consultancy, is seeking senior leaders to join their Healthcare Consulting practice. The practice works across healthcare providers, public health organisations, statutory insurers, private health insurers, government bodies, and broader ecosystem partners.
This role is strategy?led but with strong focus on digital, data and transformation topics, and is open to candidates from all consulting backgrounds, not just strategy (including digital, operations, technology, analytics, transformation and policy consulting).

Enterprise and organisational strategy for healthcare institutions and systems
Market analysis, growth strategy, service portfolio optimisation and partnerships
Operating model redesign across clinical, operational and corporate functions
Digital Health & Technology
Digital transformation for hospitals, insurers and public-sector health organisations
Digital care models, telehealth, virtual care, digital workflows and patient journeys
Technology roadmap design, clinical systems optimisation and ecosystem assessments
Data & Analytics
Data strategy, governance and modern data platforms
Predictive analytics, population health insights and AI-enabled decision support
Regulatory reporting, transparency and performance measurement frameworks
Operational & Financial Improvement
Clinical pathway optimisation and service redesign
Workforce strategy, productivity improvement and cost transformation
Contracting, billing, claims and revenue-cycle optimisation (where relevant)
Regulatory, Policy & Funding
Support in navigating regulatory requirements, reforms and sector shifts
Economic modelling, health policy analysis and compliance advisory

Your Profile
We welcome candidates from all consulting backgrounds, including strategy, digital, technology, analytics, operations, transformation, or policy consulting.
Ideal candidates will have:
Strong experience in healthcare consulting or senior roles within healthcare organisations
A deep understanding of healthcare systems, provider dynamics, and regulatory environments
Experience leading major strategy, digital or transformation programmes
Proven success in business development, client leadership and account growth
Strong ability to engage senior executives across hospitals, insurers, government and market bodies
Exceptional communication, analytical and problem?solving abilities
Experience leading and developing teams at Senior Manager or Director level
Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
Industry candidates with senior transformation / digital / operational leadership experience in healthcare are also encouraged to apply.
