With a culture that values collaboration, creativity, and excellence, we are searching for an exceptional candidate to join their fast-growing team as the Head of Data Science, driving the development and implementation of advanced Data & Analytics Strategies.

Role Overview:

As the Head of Data Science, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's data-driven future. You will lead a talented team of data specialists. This role requires a strategic thinker who can leverage data to inform decision-making, enhance product offerings, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, engineers & analysts, setting the vision and strategy for data science initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and solutions.
• Oversee and Coordinate projects that focus on developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to enhance product functionality and customer experience.
• Oversee the end-to-end process of data collection, processing, and analysis to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Drive the development and maintenance of scalable data infrastructure and tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data science projects.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements:

• Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master's) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading and managing high-performing data teams
• Extensive experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful data science solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Experience in Financial, SaaS, or any related product industries would be beneficial to your application
