As part of its expansion, it is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager/Director to lead sales in its SAP/ERP consulting business.
Role Overview:
The Sales Manager/Director – SAP Consulting will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s presence in the SAP consulting market. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, business development expertise, and deep knowledge of SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead new business development efforts within the SAP ecosystem.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine strategies.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team.
- Report on sales performance metrics to senior leadership.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven sales leadership experience in SAP consulting or digital transformation.
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP solutions and market trends.
- Established network within the SAP ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial and collaborative approach.
- Fluency in German and English.
