Job Summary:

We are looking for an accomplished leader to play a pivotal role in the continued growth of our Clients SAP Supply Chain practice. Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement:

   • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and aligning SAP solutions to address specific challenges.
   • Bring your world-class Sales skills to develop Supply Chain pipeline, (PP and MM)
   • Lead client workshops, presentations, and discussions to gather requirements and provide insights on SAP best practices.

2. SAP Solution Delivery:

   • Oversee end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional and technical consultants, to design and implement SAP solutions tailored to client requirements.

3. Relationship Management:

   • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with SAP representatives and other technology partners to stay abreast of the latest SAP innovations and updates.
   • Work closely with internal stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment and ensure effective communication between all parties involved in SAP projects.

4. Project Leadership:

   • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, motivating and guiding them towards successful project delivery.
   • Develop a Gold-Standard team to deliver to our customers clients
   • Act as a subject matter expert for SAP-related issues, offering guidance and mentorship to team members.

5. Quality Assurance:

   • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the quality and compliance of SAP solutions with industry standards and client expectations.
   • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SAP project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on project management and solution delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and integration, with expertise in at least one SAP module.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Language skills are hugely beneficial (German and English desired)
• Previous experience in a Big 4 consultancy or similar large-scale consulting firm is highly desirable.
