Contract SAP Change Manager (S/4HANA Deployment)
Location: Pune, India (Hybrid: 2–3 days per week on-site at client offices)
Contract Duration: 6 Months

The Role: We are seeking an experienced SAP Change Manager to support a critical S/4HANA deployment project for our client in Pune. You will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition for end-users by managing the people-side of change, driving adoption, and minimizing disruption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans for the S/4HANA implementation.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessments.
- Design and deliver communication plans, training strategies, and user adoption initiatives.
- Work closely with project teams, business leaders, and end-users to manage resistance and foster engagement.
- Work closely with the functional leads to understand high-impact areas for change.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as an SAP Change Manager on large-scale SAP implementation projects (S/4HANA preferred).
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid on-site/remote model, with regular presence at the client's Pune offices (2–3 days per week).
