About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Partner to join our growing SAP practice, a 200-person team specializing in delivering transformative solutions to clients in the chemicals and life sciences sectors. As part of a larger 10,000-person global consulting group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic engagements, driving business development, and leading complex SAP programs that deliver measurable value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, understanding their strategic objectives and aligning SAP solutions to meet business goals.
- Business Development: Drive pipeline growth through proactive client engagement, proposal development, and thought leadership in the chemicals and life sciences domains.
- Delivery Oversight: Lead and oversee the successful delivery of SAP transformation programs, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
- Practice Development: Contribute to the growth and development of the SAP practice by mentoring consultants, shaping service offerings, and supporting go-to-market initiatives.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the firm at industry events, contribute to whitepapers, and stay ahead of trends in SAP S/4HANA, digital supply chain, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Proven track record (10+ years) in SAP consulting with a focus on chemicals and/or life sciences industries.
- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and related modules (e.g., EHS, PP-PI, QM, ATTP, IBP).
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development and account growth.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale SAP programs and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at the CxO level.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Willingness to travel as required.
