Overview:

On behalf of a prestigious Big 4 consulting client, we are seeking an exceptional AI Strategy Senior Manager to join their rapidly growing Artificial Intelligence and Data practice. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI adoption across industries, working with C-level stakeholders to design and deliver transformative AI strategies.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep expertise in AI and data-driven innovation, who thrives in a client-facing environment and is passionate about helping organizations unlock value through emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of AI strategies for clients across sectors such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Consumer Goods.
• Advise senior stakeholders on AI adoption, operating models, governance, and ethical considerations.
• Translate complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies and roadmaps.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams to deliver AI transformation programs, from ideation to implementation.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and industry experts to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
• Contribute to thought leadership, go-to-market initiatives, and the development of new service offerings within the AI and Data practice.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, digital transformation, or AI-focused roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of delivering AI or advanced analytics projects at scale.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, NLP, generative AI) and their business applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
• Experience working in or with large consulting firms is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
