Our client is expanding its leadership team and seeking a senior Partner to build and scale their AI Strategy capability. This role focuses on advising organisations across industries on enterprise-wide AI strategy, value creation, operating model design, and responsible AI adoption. The successful candidate will lead large-scale strategic engagements, shape the market offering, and drive the firm’s AI agenda at both national and international levels.

Supporting clients in navigating competitive, ethical and organisational impacts of AI
Your Profile
We are seeking a seasoned strategy leader with:
Extensive experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, with a focus on AI, data or digital transformation
A track record of advising C?suite stakeholders on strategic technology topics
Deep understanding of AI applications, organisational implications and enablement requirements
Strong commercial capabilities, including business development and leadership of large engagements
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and developing senior consulting talent
Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and influence senior decision-makers
Strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills
Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
