Masentó Search are working exclusively to identify an experienced Client Lead Partner to join a specialist financial services software company, which is effectively a startup that has a global footprint and is heavily backed by one of the worlds largest software companies.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Act ‘on par’ with clients top management in shaping digital business solutions – “beyond solely fulfilling client requests”
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Senior Management + C-Level by demonstrating solid business and technical understanding based on industry specific hands-on experience
  • Pro-actively identify, shape, sell and deliver new solutions/products at clients – “beyond standard sales/delivery”
  • Ability to match customers current and future needs with our solution portfolio
  • Ability to spot, shape and deliver large (€ double digit) transformation projects E2E and willingness to taking responsibility for results – “beyond pure license sales and expert advice”
  • Doer mindset – “willing and able to work hands-on”/ ”not just managing/ coordinating other”
  • Expertise in (at least) one Business Unit topic – in either Core Banking or Insurance or OoCFO Banking or Insurance
The candidate should be based in Germany.
