We are seeking experienced and driven professionals for the roles of SAP Senior Manager and Associate Director to join our team in Germany. These roles focus on managing and delivering SAP ERP solutions across all submodules, ensuring client success and satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP ERP implementation and transformation projects, covering all submodules, including Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Warehouse Management (WM), Sales and Distribution (SD) and more.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and propose SAP-driven solutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for SAP ERP strategies.
  • Drive pre-sales activities, including client presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposal creation.
  • Mentor and guide project teams, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and trends, leveraging them to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: 10+ years of SAP ERP consulting experience, with expertise across multiple submodules.
  • Language Skills: B2-level German proficiency (mandatory) and fluency in English.
  • SAP Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP ERP solutions, S/4HANA migrations, and SAP best practices.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in Germany (EU citizenship or valid work permit).
