Duration: 03/20 – 12/20 (option to prolong until 12/21, 3x 200 hours),


  • Analysing, evaluating and architectonically judging the architecture requirements for the system management tools in use
  • Analysing the architectural requirements for the ESB development for exchange of system and service management data
  • Analysing the requirements for the interoperability of system and service management data
  • Analysing the current technical requirements for the ESB architecture through various information and security domains as well as gradients
  • Conception of an ESB architecture for the exchange of system and service management data (taking under consideration the security gradients within the architectural design)
  • Documentation of the wider functional as well as non-functional requirements from the architecture
  • Determination of requirements, options and conditions for PoC
  • Analysing the requirements / conditions for technical interoperability
  • Conceptual evaluation of the architecture from WP 1 with regard to the requirements/conditions from international obligations and, if necessary, extension of the architecture to ensure compliance with interoperability



  • Profound knowledge of ITSM according to. ITIL
  • Profound knowledge of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) architecture design
  • Profound knowledge of data interface specification
  • Profound knowledge of technical architecture design
  • In-depth knowledge of the documentation of architectures
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Visio
  • Basic knowledge of the IBM Enterprise Asset Management Tool "Maximo"
  • At least 5 years of experience Working as an architect in the areas of monitoring and Enterprise Service Bus
  • Fluent in spoken and written German

At least 3 years of experience in using system management tools
