Tasks:

Defining and further developing group-wide uniform and standardized E2E processes as part of the template strategy (template for harmonizing the internal value chain with SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Power BI, among others)

Taking over sub-project management during the implementation of the processes and overcoming potential resistance (change management)

Actively manage solution development and moderate workshops on process redesign and change // GPO is responsible for all change requests to the E2E process

Developing an adequate reporting structure (e.g. defining performance indicators to demonstrate success and progress)

Controlling and functionally leading the key user community of the respective E2E process

What do you bring with you?

Relevant professional experience in a coordinating and analytical role.

Solid knowledge in the design of template processes

Willingness to work in cross-functional teams

Good understanding of state-of-the-art processes and systems in the environment of a globally active mechanical engineering company

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - must have German language skills.
