Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Cyber Security Director to lead and expand our client's cyber security practice. This role involves developing and implementing advanced security strategies to safeguard organizations against cyber threats, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and enhancing overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive cyber security strategy that addresses current and emerging threats.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique security challenges and providing tailored solutions.
• Project Oversight: Oversee the delivery of complex cyber security projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are completed on time and within budget.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of cyber security professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader in the cyber security space, contributing to industry publications, speaking at conferences, and representing the firm in various forums.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to drive growth and expand the practice.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in cyber security consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise: Deep understanding of cyber security threats, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Education: Advanced degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Skills: Proven ability to lead large-scale projects, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset.
• Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are a plus.
