Masentó Group are retained by a global data management firm that are seeking for a Chief Revenue Officer with a proven track record overseeing companywide revenue generation and customer retention globally.

Location: Can be based remotely across North America

Key Deliverables:

  • Executive Leadership – building a GTM strategy for revenue growth throughout the organisation.
  • Working with the board drive incremental revenue and reduce churn.
  • Become a thought leader in the data management industry, be a vocal point in key industry events.
  • Designing marketing strategies to increase the customer base and revenue – launching new verticals.
  • Building out sales teams to deliver on revenue objectives.
  • Manage and allocate the budget to maximise performance.
  • Partner with product teams to define offerings and value propositions.

Essential Skills:

  • 10+ years of results-driven enterprise software sales leadership experience.
  • Experience in data driven strategic decision making.
  • Sales experience in the enterprise software market dealing with middleware and with data and application integration solutions around ETLs, Data Warehouses, Data Bases, MDM, ESBs, BPM tools, and/or SOA suites
  • Have excellent stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills.
  • Have a demonstrable track record of driving, coaching, developing, and managing teams.
  • Proven ability to build high performing teams and lead them to success
