Associate Partner – Aviation
Location: Germany (EMEA-wide role)

About the Role:
A leading global consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Partner to drive its Aviation practice within the EMEA region. Based in Germany, this senior leadership role will focus on expanding market presence, leading strategic engagements, and driving business growth across the aviation sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of airline operations, airport management, and aviation technology trends, coupled with strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and expand the Aviation practice within Infosys Consulting across EMEA, driving market development, business growth, and client engagements.

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, identifying new business opportunities and establishing key client relationships.

• Engage with C-level stakeholders in airlines, airports, and aviation service providers to drive strategic transformations.

• Deliver large-scale consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality solutions and measurable business impact.

• Collaborate with global teams to leverage Infosys’ capabilities in digital transformation, AI, data analytics, and emerging aviation technologies.

• Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in aviation consulting or leadership roles within the airline, airport, or aviation services industry.

• Strong business development acumen, with a track record of building client relationships and generating revenue.

• Deep knowledge of aviation industry trends, including digital transformation, sustainability, operational efficiency, and customer experience enhancements.

• Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are a plus.

• Ability to lead complex projects across multiple geographies within the EMEA region.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
